This is a 36" pond yacht. The sails and rudder are radio controlled. The wind is what makes it move. It is part of a building/sailing class at the WoodenBoat School in Brooklin, Maine.

I love the colors and the peaceful feeling of this photo.

Had no idea this was still in the camera.

What kind of memories does this photo bring back?

I have boats that I need to sail. Fond memories of a great school and wonderful people. Kind of sad too since the man who owned the pond has passed and his wife has moved.

How do you think others will respond to this photo?

I think folks will like the calming nature of this picture. It will make them be curious about pond yachts.
