In this photo - my parents, my ex & a friend

How does this old photo make you feel?

That was a really fun night with my family and our friends so it makes me smile, but I chose this one in particular because the guy in the plaid shirt was my ex and he just passed away a few months ago, so there is a little bit of bittersweet feeling as well.

What kind of memories does this photo bring back?

Our family would go to Sammy's for special occasions and get trashed. Most of this roll came back blurry and I can't figure out if it was because I shot it that way on purpose, which I did a lot of during this time, or if I was just really drunk. That night ended with me, my sister, my mom & another friend doing "girl shots" of frozen vodka (a Sammy's specialty). My mom (who was around the same age that I am now) thought that was the best thing on earth and still talks about "girl shots". It was a great night, so happy to see these.

How do you think others will respond to this photo?

Not really sure - probably "what's up w this blurry photo" but I find there is some mystery to it, maybe they will see that as well.
